for Overseas Adoptees

We preserve and manage adoption-related materials and are responsible for post-consultation after three years from the time of adoption.
We organize and support programs such as counseling, birth family search, emotional support, self-help gathering, and visit for adoptee's native country program for birth families, adoptive families, adoptees and others.
Ultimately, our goal is to help adoptees grow up in their communities in a stable and healthy way.
