The Annual 11th Adoption Day Ceremony
The 11th Adoption Day Ceremony was held at the Oulim-Nuri Oulim Theatre in Goyang-si in Gyeonggi-do Province on May 7th.
The theme of this year’s ceremony was “Adoption is the Joy that We Share.”
The Adoption Day Ceremony was a time to recognize the amazing people who have provided their service and shown constant support to the field of adoption.
During the
ceremony, the president of Holt One Love (HCC’s domestic adoptive family’s
group), Shin Yongwoon , was awarded with commendations from the Minister of
Health and Welfare.
One of our foster
mother’s, KoGisuk, received the Prime Minister’s Award.
In addition, the president of the Gangwon-do Sponsorship Organization, Shin Aekyung, who is also the president of JB Korea, received an award, among other recipients.
